The Long Family

Hi Friends and Family,

As some of you know, Vanessa and I were thrilled to buy our first home in Florida not too long ago. But right after we got the keys, we got hit with the news: Vanessa was diagnosed with thyroid cancer. She is now doing well and has finished radiation and target drug therapy and is currently in remission, but the bills from this and her out of work have really set us back.

We're usually the kind of people who try to handle things on our own, and asking for help isn't easy. But the truth is, we're struggling to keep up with everything after the costs of everything piled on top of our new mortgage.

Any help you can give us, whether it’s $1, or just sharing this with people you know, would be an amazing help. We just want to get back to normal, enjoy our new home together, and leave this cancer story behind us.
