Our friend Diego is one of the hardest-working people you will ever meet. He is a vital part of the team that makes every dining experience memorable. Even though guests may not always see the work he does, Diego is constantly going above and beyond — keeping things running smoothly, supporting his teammates, and taking pride in everything he does. He is the kind of person who shows up for everyone else. Whether it’s cheering on a friend, lending a hand, or making people laugh when they need it most, Diego has always been there for everyone.

Recently, Diego had to undergo a major surgery that was both unexpected and incredibly expensive.
