I am Rhett Cervantes, the father of five amazing children. On April 15 I was the passenger in a severe car accident while helping a friend  move to his new house in Gothenburg, Nebraska. After being in the hospital for 5 days, I was left with a shattered left ankle, broken right ankle, fractured spine, broken elbow, and a torn triceps.

I am an electrician, and the doctor is not allowing me to go back to work for at least a year from the date of the accident for full time duty or active field work, so I have no way of earning the money to cover the medical bills not covered by insurance.

I have about $16,000 in medical bills not covered by my insurance that I’ll end up being responsible for. It is likely that I will be having more medical expenses in the near future as well.

I am great appreciative of any and all help that is available!
