We are located in Namalemba Village in Iganga in Eastern Uganda. We believe God has called us to invest deeply in this community, walking alongside some of the most vulnerable families and providing quality healthcare and a gospel witness to the whole village.
Your donation now will help us become self-sustaining in the future. We are currently raising 500 chickens and will use the profit from the eggs and chickens to meet the physical and spiritual needs of the community. We are also cultivating a thriving farm which provides beans, cassava, and potatoes for families in need, as well as corn for the chickens.
We are SO CLOSE to opening the Daystar Medical Center. We are now buying the last of our medical supplies and saving up money to support medical clinic staff for the first few months of operation until the clinic becomes self-sustaining.
$30 will provide employment for a receptionist, custodian, or security guard for two weeks
$75 will provide employment for a nurse or lab tech for two weeks
$120 will provide employment for a medical clinician for two weeks
$300 will complete the start-up drug supply
$600 will complete the fence around the site
