Dayne Goodheart- National Delegate to the DNC
Donation protected

Hello friends, colleagues, and relatives,
I am honored to announce that I have been elected to represent my state and district as a National Delegate to the Democratic National Convention in Chicago in 2 weeks.
My background is in renewable energy systems, as a manager and trainer. And I advocate for energy justice for rural and low-income communities, tribal nations, and historically disenfranchised peoples.
I work primarily with nonprofit's to install solar to low income families and I also train people from all ages and backgrounds to install PV-systems. It is very rewarding to be apart of a newcomers journey to the solar field. I enjoy answering their questions, giving them guidance, and providing opportunities for them to learn and grow.
This advocacy for renewables at the National level is furthering my commitment to my trainees, because I want to help secure the promise of green jobs. I get to fully see the positive impacts energy sovereignty is for many communities, because I am working directly with the communities that have boldly taken on the crisis of climate change. They are done waiting, and I am, too.
Help me further our mission by supporting** my role as a delegate. We already know the Democratic party has been the champion for renewables, and we already know which entities are the biggest threat to renewables and green energy policy. Collaboration among like-minded individuals means better access for all, and more positive impacts for community and our world.
Thank you for your support,
Dayne Goodheart

The cost of a hotel room due to the enormity of the DNC, has inflated to almost $400 per night at a regular hotel, nothing fancy. Anything over the amount of flight and basic hotel will be used for local transportation and meals.
