Adapting to metastatic breast cancer

I was diagnosed with HER2 breast cancer this May. My chemo treatment sent me straight to the hospital with never seen before severe adverse side effects. Since than my cancer has spread to liver, peritoneum and lungs. As of August, my significant other who is also my main caretaker has been hospitalized. Anything will help with day by day costs as well as being able to remodel and adapt our home for special needs.
