Day 474 ... 2025 FESTIVAL RUN. HERE WE GO!

If you're reading this you probably know who I am and what I'm about. And one of my philosophies regarding this crazy Hollywood business, which I've been in for 29 years now, is that I always have to stay in constant motion and not wait for this industry to give me permission to be creative. Even during the pandemic, I found a way to stay in motion and create not only the Facebook “Banner Project”, but also “Thee Who Hesitates”, a Docu-Narrative on COVID-19 vaccine hesitancy within the African-American community and other communities of color. And now that the writer’s strike is happening and an actor's strike is pending, I have to keep finding ways to stay creative. “Day 474 and the Lingerings Thereafter” is the project I've been working on while Hollywood figures out if they’re actually going to pay artists fairly for their work. Any support of this project also supports those, many of who are on the lines as I type this, that I brought on to help me with the entire production process.

"Day 474 and the Lingerings Thereafter": Are we still in a 2020 lockdown? Even now in 2023, we still seem to be mired in the past, and the characters in this dynamic piece can't seem to shake the ongoing effects of a once-in-a-century pandemic. Will we be able to do it together? None of us know. We're all trying to make up for lost time. But time as we all know, moves in one direction.
