Day 30 Ice Bath with Budgies

For my birthday, someone got me a pair of rubber ducky budgie smugglers and a matching bucket hat, hilarious for them, mortifying for me.

I swore I’d never wear them… but I made a joke that if I raised £150 for Autism NI (a charity close to my heart), I’d wear them for the final day of my 30-day ice bath challenge.

Honestly, I thought it was a safe bet. Now I’m slightly panicking.
