hey hi! my name is dawn i am about to turn 20 and want to feel at home in my body for the first time in two decades. i am hoping to raise money for top surgery which is upwards of 8k in addition to aftercare. i have thought about this procedure since puberty and have been waiting for the day i am financially stable and supported enough to undergo surgery. however, i can not continue to grow with the way my physical appearance hinders me.  please help this nb body <3
