The Dawn of the Dinosaurs exhibit explores sites from around St. George, UT. These other paleontology sites span from the Late Triassic to the Middle Jurassic and tell a more complete story of ancient southern Utah.
We currently have a beta exhibit up and it is looking great so far! With your help, we would love to hire a local carpenter to build custom exhibit cases and to commission an artist to colorize a mural. The mural shows sites through time, including the various animals and plants that are represented by the fossils on display.
The mission of the St. George Dinosaur Discovery Site is to research, preserve, interpret, and exhibit the fossil resources of the area and tell the story of this specific site. Help us do that by contributing now!
Visit the Museums Website The above picture shows the beta exhibit already installed. See how the cabinets are small and cramped? We want ones built especially for this area of the museum.
The above picture shows the current mural. We want it much bigger and in full color, so you can appreciate all of the fine details! Again, the current cabinets don't fit the space very well either.
