Hello all,
Before you read any further, we want to thank you for even considering supporting. My family started this fundraiser out of hope the community could come together and do anything possible to help this amazing woman. Dawn was recently diagnosed with Breast Cancer in December and had to go through to a double mastectomy with barely a month notice on January 23rd.
This has been difficult in every way imaginable and she is such a trooper.
Unfortunately, Dawn is currently already $10,000 in debt from medical bills including the procedure and appointments before and after. There will be many more appointments and she's going to be unable to work and in recovery for 6-8 weeks.
She has served as a waitress around the Brevard area for over a decade and many of you probably already know her! Please show your appreciation, love and support if you can.
Taking off this amount of time with a mortgage and car payment + all the other expenses of life is an extremely difficult set back to come back from and we are hopeful we can lean on you all even if it's just a little.
She's known for being all smiles and providing an excellent experience for anyone she serves or meets in general. Truly, she does not deserve this (not that anyone does).
With your help, we hope we can help bring some relief to the situation and help kick cancer back a little.
