Dawn has another stroke today. July 22 2020.   On Sept 8  unless we COBRA her insurance we will have to start all over again with her deductibles  and out of pockets.  Things were tight  but manageable.   Now I really don't know what to do.   This stroke has paralazed  her good arm and she is unable to talk. Any help will be appreciated.
