Dawn Laxton Dalla Surgery Fund

Hello all! I am Dawn, I'm here asking for your help to cover some upcoming medical expenses I'm going to have. See I have been diagnosed with a brain tumor called meningioma and it is crushing my right optic nerve, causing a loss of vision in that eye. It is also in contact with my pituitary gland and causing hormone problems. If it isn't removed, I will go totally blind. I am scheduled for surgery at Stanford medical in Californina on June 22 to remove the tumor. We live in Nevada. 

The money raised by this campaign won't go towards my medical bills (thanks to insurance) but to the expenses of getting to and from my surgery and ensuring my husband and best friend John can accompany me in this very scary endeavor.
