Hi my name is Leonda Moffett I'm the sister of Dawn Hickman. We are devastated to learn that on Tuesday evening 4/5/22 Dawn decided to take her life.
The unbearable stress of life had weighed her down that she felt like she had no other options. She felt like she had no where to turn, no one to trust, she felt confused, alone and was heartbroken. She was lost in a world of hopelessness and she couldn't seem to shake the voices in her head telling her she wasn't enough, when she was more than enough!
Dawn didn't have life insurance and unfortunately we don't have the funds to cover her funeral or burial expenses. So we are reaching out, asking for any amount of donations to help lay her to rest.
Dawn Hickman was 33yrs, old she battled depression and schizophrenia. She had delt with alot of past trauma; Dawn went to a rehabilitation center and had been working on trying to better herself. She has one son Timothy Pennington 13yrs old.
I wanted to add to this... If YOU are reading this and YOU feel like life is became overwhelming or to much to bear and you have no other options. Please reach out to some one, please speak up! Because there is help, there is hope, there are people that LOVE YOU! I LOVE YOU! JESUS LOVES YOU! We care about YOU!
