Hi, I am one of the many people fortunate enough to have Dawn Nelson in my life. As all of us who know her can attest to, she embodies true kindness, love, and genuine good vibes. This past week, her firstborn son, James, underwent brain surgery. This was an extremely challenging procedure and Dawn maintained unrelenting positivity, composure, and unwavering grace throughout days of waiting for the surgery to be completed. She is a true inspiration to every one of us as we followed her journey through what she described as the hardest days of her life. At this time, the surgery has been successfully completed, but there will be a lengthy process of healing and recovery as James returns to 100%. I am creating this GoFundMe for those of us that want to help Dawn as she attends to her son. My hope is that she will not have to worry about missed wages and can focus on continuing to provide all the love and care to James as he recovers.
