On March 11, 2016 we received devastating news that my youngest son Davon Simms was shot in the back of his neck. The perpetrator left him paralyzed from the neck down. He has gone from a happy, vibrant, active young man to one that can't do anything for himself. This has put a tremendous strain on our family both emotionally and financially.  He is in need of a power wheelchair and a wheelchair accessible van so that he can have some sense of normalcy. No donation is too small, we appreciate every act of kindness.
