Davitt Family
Saturday June 3, 2017 began like any other Saturday for the Davitt Family. The boys were at work, out with friends, or hanging around the house. Sherri went to her class reunion and Pat stayed home for the night. Their day drastically changed within minutes when Sherri came home from her class reunion to find Pat unresponsive, experiencing cardiac arrest. Over the next couple of days, numerous tests and scans were run, with no answers provided.
On Tuesday June 6, 2017, Sherri and her boys were given heartbreaking news that Pat would not make a recovery. After honoring Pat to his fullest with organ donation, final good-byes were said. Although Pat is no longer with us, he will forever live in our hearts and memories.
For those of you who don’t know Pat, he was an incredible man. He was kind, funny, loving, giving, and incredibly smart. He always had story or a weird fact to share, and without a doubt, had a smile on his face. He was a family man through and through, putting Sherri and the boys above anyone else. He loved Sherri unconditionally and was so proud of each of his boys; Patrick, Colin, Daniel, and Sean.
During this difficult time, we would like to remove a little stress on Sherri (Cheryl Davitt) and the boys, by helping with medical expenses and living expenses, as they transition into a new norm over the next several weeks and months.
Thank you in advance for all the love and support during this difficult time.
