On 9/23/21, my sister, Nicole, and her husband, Justin, lost their home and belongings in the Fawn Fire.

 

They are a hardworking young family, with three children aged 4 yrs, 18 mos, and 3 mos. Just three months ago, they purchased this home to raise their family in and are devastated by the setback of their dream.

 

 

 

 

 

 

Although they are temporarily living with family, they hope to rent a house or apartment while their home is rebuilt. They will have some coverage through their insurance, which is just the basic California FAIR Plan, but it will not cover all of their upcoming expenses. Due to their quick evacuation, they fled their house with minimal possessions. As Nicole put it, "they're having to start from scratch."

 

Many people requested a way to support them with their recovery efforts as their home was a total loss. For those of you that wish to donate, your support is greatly appreciated. Please keep them in your thoughts and prayers.
