Need Help With My Last 2 Wishes

Hi my name is David Jeff Shewchuk but I go by Jeff. I was diagnosed with colon cancer in March of 2017, and had an operation where they removed 15 inches of my colon. I crashed a day after the surgery(possible complications of other health problems) and was in ICU for almost a week eating only ice chips. I recovered from that surgery when they then found cancer in my liver. I had 10 sessions of chemo and the spot on my liver seemed to disappear, and they told me to come back in 3 months for a check up. At 3 months they found the cancer had come back with a vengence, and there is now a lot of spots in both lobes of my liver, and it is no longer curable.
I have started chemo again(paliative this time) in the hopes that it will extend my life some but the doctors are not confident that I have much time left. When I started the chemo again I ended up in the hospital 3 times. Once for high potassium in the blood, once for 3 blood transfusions and shots to bring up white blood cells, and once for low blood sugar. I am feeling a bit better now, and I am going to have my 3rdaa chemo of the round on Monday.
I have asked my wife Margaret, she goes by Peggy, to make me a crowdfunding site, because she knows how to do that type of thing and I dont. I am requesting help to do 2 things before I die. One is to get enough money together to do a couple of small trips if possible before I can no longer travel anymore. The second is to try to get our debts mostly paid off before I go, so I dont leave my wife in dire straits trying to recover from debt.
I have no other way to do this other than to ask for the help from the public. This is not how I thought my life would end, and certainly not that I would be this young and be dealing with thoughts about my demise. I am very depressed about the situation myself, and my wife is having a hard time with it as well because I am her second husband, and her first also died from cancer.
I am hoping that you, the public, even though you might not know me can help my last 2 wishes come true before I go home to the Lord.
