David was in an accident on 1/5/25 when a drunk driver turned into wrong way traffic striking his motorcycle. The drunk driver has had prior DUI’s and was arrested. David sustained life threatening injuries. His right femur and tibia were broken and protruding at the scene. In order to save his life his right lower leg was amputated. He has lacerations on his left leg, kidney and liver. He has a torn aorta, blood clots in his lungs, bilateral fractures to his pelvis and 3 broken ribs. His arms are swollen and he will have x-rays to determine if there are additional fractures or broken bones in his arms. He currently remains in ICU in Seattle, pending a third surgery tomorrow. David will have to learn to walk again and will not be able to work until he is healed, fitted for a prosthesis and learns to live without a limb. He will need financial support, emotional support and your prayers. Please help us ease his financial burden so we can work to heal the emotional loss.
