David’s Fight against Covid

I’m Jessica, as many of you know I’m David’s youngest daughter. I am writing this to keep posted of what’s going on with him. My dad tested positive for COVID and steadily got worse at home. I took him to the hospital on Aug 26th with a oxygen level of 62%. My dad was admitted to the ICU with Covid pneumonia. The most recent update is that, he was placed on the ventilator on 09/06. He is fighting hard, his labs all still look good and his chest X-ray is stable. We are asking for help to keep everything up for when he is released! We believe in the power of prayer, so we do ask for prayers to continue. I speak with the nurses twice a day if not more. The hardest part of this journey is not being able to be by his side. The nurses are great and allow us to FaceTime so he can hear our voices. He is terribly missed by his grandkids and kids. As many of you know my dad is very active in all of our lives. We just want our dad home ❤️

My siblings and I are asking just for some help with my dads everyday bills. We know the medical bills will add up but we will worry about them when he’s released. This account is simply to help pay his rent and everyday utilities.
