David’s Dash has been born out of loss … loss of hope and loss of a precious life. It is inspired by Linda Ellis’ poem, The Dash. Although David ended his life, we want to honour his ‘dash’ and bring hope to others.

we want to extend David’s dash (his impact on others’ lives), by bringing hope to those who may be struggling to continue their own journey and supporting those who have lost someone too soon.

David’s life ended before he could achieve many of his goals and dreams, or experience many of life’s joys, big or small. He had plans; some of which he achieved, and many left waiting.
