Cover Funeral Costs for David Gill

Over the course of David Gill's life, he suffered a series of debilitating strokes but he NEVER gave up. Perhaps it was his time on the Navy destroyer in Vietnam that gave him the stubborn will of a fighter. Or perhaps it was his vehement devotion to his family and friends that kept him going during dark times. Either way, David fought hard for most of his life and it was always with a smile or a joke.

David’s enthusiasm for his family and friends was boundless. He played monthly poker games, organized family camping trips, hosted picnics and took people on boat rides at his summer house on Lake Hopatcong. He was the kind of person who had a tremendous impact on the ones that he loved.

The most recent stroke left David’s already comprised system with no chance of recovery. He passed on December 10th. He will be remembered as a man who loved his family fiercely, knew how to keep family history alive by telling lively stories about relatives during family gatherings and who was always smiling. Even until the very end of his days.

David leaves behind a loving wife, Barbara, and three wonderful children, Jessica, Brian and David. Being that the exhaustive medical bills are mounting, receiving any support from family and friends would be extremely helpful and appreciated. All donations will go towards burial and funeral costs. Please consider donating anything you can to help this beautiful family during this very difficult time.
