Help me to attend my dreams' school

Hello, I am Davide Di Rienzo, an 18 year old classical pianist. I was recently admitted to the New School's Mannes School of Music in New York City. I will begin my Bachelor Degree studies there beginning in August 2016. It has been a dream of mine to be accepted to such a fine institution where I can study under the most talented music teachers. I was invited by the maestro Jerome Rose to study under him. It has been an emotional roller coaster for me in deciding, with my family to go ahead.

I am writing to let you know that I and my family are prepared to work hard and will make tremendous sacrifices to make it possible for me to attend school in New York. However, a prestigious school, such as Mannes comes with a very high cost, a lot of money and it is burdensome. I respectively ask for consideration that will bring me closer to my dream. This is a great opportunity, although at great emotional and financial expense to my family. Any gift you are able to provide will be used entirely towards my tuition.

I am prepared to work tirelessly for your support and encouragement. I was born and raised in Italy, however I am now a citizen of both Italy and the US. I am extremely proud to be a part of two great countries that have shaped my life. I began to play piano when I was 13 and playing has become my passion. I will be happy to make my videos available to you so that you may follow my progress and career.

Ciao, sono Davide Di Rienzo, ho 18 anni, e sono un aspirante pianista classico. Sono stato recentemente ammesso alla New School-Mannes School of Music di New York. Comincerò i miei studi universitari lì a fine Agosto di quest'anno. Un mio grande sogno è sempre stato quello di essere ammesso ed avere la possibilità di studiare in una delle scuole musicali più prestigiose al mondo, sotto la guida di un altrettanto prestigioso insegnante. Durante il periodo delle audizioni a New York, sono stato invitato dal M° Jerome Rose a studiare con lui ed a diventare quindi un suo alunno. Inutile dire che questo ha rappresentato un'immensa gioia non solo per me, ma per tutte le persone che mi sono vicine.

Vi sto scrivendo perchè, anche se io e la mia famiglia siamo disposti a fare, e faremo, degli enormi sacrifici per far si che il mio sogno si realizzi, una scuola prestigiosa come la Mannes richiede il pagamento di una retta molto alta. Vi chiedo dunque rispettosamente un qualsiasi aiuto che potrà rendermi sempre più vicino al mio sogno. Non posso permettermi di perdere questa grande opportunità, ma purtroppo io e la mia famiglia non abbiamo la possibilità di raggiungere una somma così grande di denaro. Qualsiasi donazione sarà quindi utilizzata esclusivamente per il pagamento della retta universitaria.

Sono disposto a lavorare sodo ed instancabilmente per raggiungere questo obbiettivo, e per far si che gli sforzi di chi mi è vicino non siano vani.

Vivere di Musica è il mio più grande sogno, e sarò infintamente grato a chiunque mi aiuterà a raggiungere quest'obbiettivo, divenendo parte fondamentale del mio percorso.
