Hi I am David Cook, I am raising money to get my smile back, my teeth back! The money you donate will go to the extensive dental work needed since I was involved in a hit and run accident on my scooter. The sooner my smile is back the sooner I can get back to work, unfortunately interviews for sales positions don't go well missing your front teeth. This would be greatly appreciated by not only me but my wife Danielle and baby girl Leighton. Funds are tight being a one income family and very stressful.
