If you know David (DJ) Gogue Jr., you understand the dedication to family and rugby that he lives by. David is dedicated to making the most out of his high school years and working to be the best rugby player he can be.

David believes that rugby will give him the experience and skills necessary to make the most out of his high school years and prepare him for college. That's why David joined the Belmont Shore Youth Rugby Club.
Eventually David would love the opportunity to compete at the collegiate level while earning a college education. That's why David has fought through shoulder and foot injuries this season.

Now, David has a rare opportunity. He and his club have been selected to attend the International Rugby Academy in New Zealand, one of the top academies in the world! David and his club were selected based on their leadership ability, sportsmanship, and academics.
The catch is that David has to raise the money to cover the cost of this opportunity to travel to and attend this elite academy in New Zealand - arguably the top rugby nation in the World.
You might think that David's goal is unattainable. But, he's always been taught to challenge himself and to set high goals.
“You have to set goals that are almost out of reach. If you set a goal that is attainable without much work or thought, you are stuck with something below your true talent and potential.” —Steve Garvey
If you believe in the power of educating & empowering young people to make the most of themselves and reach their goals, please make a donation.
If given the opportunity, David will undoubtedly make the most of his time training in New Zealand and will return a better player and person.

Thank you in advance for your support!
