Hello, my name is Erin Nielsen and I am writing this on behalf of my brother, David Tully. David was recently diagnosed with stage 4 squamous cell carcinoma involving a large tumor on his parotid gland. David is in urgent need of extensive surgery. The surgery includes a neck dissection that involves removing his lymph nodes, partial removal of the jaw, and reconstruction. Currently, David is suffering from partial paralysis of the face due to the location of the tumor.. Cancer sucks, period. David will have a long recovery after his surgery, including radiation. David and his lovely wife, Drea, have a long road ahead of them with medical bills and household support. They could use all of the help they can get right now.
