Fundraiser for David Tall Pine White
Donation protected
CBNI Tribal Council member and Vice-Chairman David Tall Pine White has long been recognized as a leader within the Nipmuck community. Although most notably known for his remarkable efforts to keep the Nipmuck language alive, he also serves our people in various other ways. From emceeing and contributing his time at our annual powwow, to being an always-willing representative of the Nipmuck people when dealing with state and local governments. David has been the public face and voice for Chaubunagungamaug for the better part of the past two decades. Always at the forefront of cultural preservation efforts, there are few within our tribe who have done as much to protect the future of our heritage as Tall Pine.
In March of 2019 David was diagnosed with stage 4 Squamous Cell Carcinoma. Since this time, he has undergone chemotherapy and radiation therapies that ravaged his body, leaving him too weakened to return to work.
The Nipmuck community is seeking your support to help David and his young family during this tremendously difficult time. Please consider making a donation in any amount.
