"Hello, David here. I was recently diagnosed with stage 1 Non Hodgkins Lymphoma, a type of cancer, on June 10, 2019. I had surgery to place port on me Tuesday, June 11, 2019. My doctor advised me that due to the nature of my job as an operating room technician that I will most likely be unable to work for approximately 4 months. This is due to the germ exposure i would face and the fact that my immune system will be significantly impacted by the chemo and radiation. The amount listed was calculated by adding up the cost of my chemo treatments, radiation treatments, doctors visits, copays, cost of living, and most importantly my insurance premium. I trust and believe that God will help us with our financial situation. Believe me when I say, it took a lot for me to even consider doing this as it is not in my nature to ask for help. I typically am the one who volunteers to help others. As a thank you for all of those who choose to help support us financially you are not going home empty handed. I promise!!! We would like to provide donation incentives. These are not the only amounts accepted any donation amount is appreciated! For those who cannot help us financially please help lift me, my wife, and my family up in your prayers!
$100- My wife, Leslie Margarita Photography, will offer you with a 20 minute mini photo session, that will include 10 high resolution images as a Thank You!
$50- Our Friend, Erica Teelucksingh, will bake a specialty cake or 24 cupcakes of your choice: Carrot, Coconut, Matilda Chocolate, or Strawberry.
$25- We will in return as a Thank You, give you a jar of Hot Sauce, Homemade Hot Sauce straight from Trinidad! If you like spicy, you must try my friend, Kirk Teelucksingh Spicy habanero Sauce.
