My name is Amy LeBoeuf. My (our) son was taken from us tragically on Friday May 3rd 2024. He died a hero saving his younger brother. There was an altercation with his brother and another person. His brother was in the process of being stabbed several (4) times when David intervened & was stabbed in his heart. Both brothers were rushed by ambulance to UMass hospital. David died during his 1st surgery, but was revived. He was given blood & at one point he woke. We never got the chance to see him or say goodbye. Fluid built around his heart & he passed away during the 2nd surgery May 4th 2024 in the early morning hours.His younger brother did survive & is in recovery. He truly died a hero saving his brothers life. That’s who he was, would do anything for the people he cared for. He had the biggest heart & the brightest smile. He was the funny, mischievous, goofball, who loved to be in the spotlight. He touched so many lives & was a truly special person. He was an amazing baseball player, playing his whole life, always putting on a show. He shared his parents passion with music & made his own way on the local scene. In recent years he took a serious interest in cooking & became a chef furthering his ambition to one day open his own restaurant. There were many great things taking place in his life. He was on a path to his best life, finding out he would be a father this year, getting engaged to his girlfriend Taralina, starting a new business & a new restaurant job as well, to just days ago purchasing his 1st new car. Loosing our son will forever crush us, but knowing a piece of him will live on gives us hope. The money raised here will be for services for our son and the remaining money will be for our grandchild’s future.
