David "Pup" Fender Memorial Fund
This fund has been created to help lessen the financial burden on David Fender's family during this unforeseen tragedy. He was met with an untimely accident on Saturday, July 24, 2021 and went to be with Jesus on Thursday, July 29, 2021. He was preceded in death by his dad, Ronald Dwayne Fender and his paternal grandmother, Mary Louise Fender “Granny”. He is survived by his wife Jessica, his two daughters, Kylah and Eliza, two brothers, John Daniel Fender (Renee) and Brian Keith Fender (Melissa), many additional family members, friends and fellow linemen.
David enjoyed dancing, swimming, riding 4 wheelers with his girls, going to the gym, wakeboarding, fishing, riding dirt bikes, watching baseball, super cross and going to church. David loved his profession and took great pride in being a lineman representing IBEW Local 222. Helicopter work became his favorite part. David was a great husband and father who loved life, worked hard, and never met a stranger. Most importantly, David loved spending time with his wife and two daughters. He always told “lovey” and “his girls” that he loved them “with all his heart”.
He will be sorely missed but his family has great assurance, because of their faith and personal relationship with Jesus Christ, that one day they will be reunited in heaven.
“Knowing all these things we are more than conquerors through Him who loved us. For I am convinced that neither death nor life, neither angels or demons, neither the present nor the future, nor any powers, neither height nor depth, nor anything in all creation will be able to separate us from the love of God that is in Christ Jesus our Lord.” Romans 8:37-39 NIV
All donations will be collected and given to Jessica by August 31st, 2021. Please make any donations by August 27th. Thank you and God bless.
