Hey y'all. My name is David. I'm 37 and in a bit of a pickle. My dentist says that my teeth are poisoning my body and the top ones have to come out surgically.

The cost of just the surgery is $2400 even with insurance. On top of that, I'll have to buy dentures. That's why I'm asking for so much. This is no small thing and I just don't have the money to get it done.
