Hi, my name is David Nelson and I am recovering from complex open heart surgery. I have done everything I can to ensure that my family's financial situation would not suffer due to the sudden hospitalization, but failed.

I am facing immediate problems, and am reluctantly reaching out to you for any financial assistance that you may have to offer.

I will not be able to work for approximately 8 weeks after release, and will not be able to handle much of anything with regard to banking and bill-paying.
