David Mondragon Memorial and Family Support

On April 9th David Mondragon was last seen with friends in Durango Colorado. After being missing for nearly 17 days and minimal help from local police, hikers spotted some of David's belongings. This is when the search for him began. Police found his vehicle and David inside about 200 yards down Smelter Mountain in Durango Colorado. After this sudden tragedy, family and friends are in disbelief.
David was a longtime local to Eagle County who loved his community and all that the mountains had to offer. Shed hunting, fishing, and off-roading were just some of the things he enjoyed to do in these beautiful hills he called home. David was a funny, loving and caring father, husband, son, brother and friend, who has been taken from this world far to soon.
Please help bring comfort to his family and friends. We are raising money for Funeral arrangements and for future support for his wife and children.
