David McAfee Memorial Fund and Family Support
Yesterday 2/20/21 I lost my best friend, my husband, and the best father David McAfee in a tragic car accident. I’m still in disbelief and trying to process this and help my daughter. We are devastated.
Anyone that has ever had the pleasure of knowing David knows how selfless he was. He was a great husband, father, provider and friend. The last 10 months was the hardest for him losing a job that he loved due to the pandemic but he never stopped believing things would get better for us. He always believed in being the light in dark situations and circumstances because he knew everything would be okay even through all his struggles. He was so excited to have his new job start this Tuesday 2/23/21 so he could continue to provide for his family. I was in a near death car accident years ago that left me unable to work and to have many surgeries and physical limitations including another one this coming Wednesday 2/24/21 were I will undergo another surgery. David would now had to become our sole provider taking care of us. Taylor is a sophomore in College studying psychology with the goal to help so many people suffering from mental health issues. David was so excited that Taylor would be the first college graduate in their family and was her strength. He would want her to continue following her dream of helping and serving others. David leaves behind many broken hearts.
