David Knapik

David Knapik, 23 years old from Lake Placid, New York was diagnosed last week with stage 3 cancer and will be receiving treatment starting next week in Boston at Dana Farber Cancer Institute.  Due to the long distance and tremendous expense of Boston, we are asking for your help.  Money raised will be used for lodging, meals and medical expenses.  Also, if anyone has any connections for lodging, parking, transportation or expenses that will occur in Boston or near Dana Farber, please let me know.
