David and Kathy Nelson are two people who would do anything to help out their family and friends. They have gone out of their way to support those in need and now they are in need of our help. In the last couple of days David has had chest and abdominal pain and was in the ER and was sent home. Then Friday night he was brought back into the ER and he was admitted. He was found to have an aortic aneurism and was transferred via ambulance to a hospital in Milwaukee for further care. David is very, very sick and needs all the support he can get.
