On March 8th, 2023, David Jones was diagnosed with colon cancer. This diagnosis came after months of searching for answers as to why he was feeling so unwell. Very shortly after his diagnosis, David had surgery to remove a large tumor which was successful but brought on additional challenges. He is now on the road to recovery and has many expenses related to ongoing care and treatment of his completed and upcoming surgeries, as well as chemo.

David has a long journey ahead of him, and due to the complex nature of this type of cancer, he is unable to do what he loves to do — manage his passion, the Fintastic Aquariums of Wake County business —for an undetermined amount of time.

Given the uncertainty of what David is up against, the Jones Family is asking if the community, who David loves with his entire heart, would be able to contribute any amount of donation that might help him stay focused on his healing, and get him back on his feet. We plan to provide updates on his journey and appreciate any donation (monetary or otherwise) you might find in your heart to share so generously.
