David’s friends and family are raising money to help cover the costs of his wake and memorial service, taking place at Dockray & Thomas Funeral home in Canton, MA on Friday 9/7 from 5:00 - 7:00 pm.

David was pronounced legally at about 9 AM on Monday September 3rd, 2018 after spending 5 days in the ICU on life support.

GoFundMe receives a 2.9% processing fee plus 0.30 ¢ per donation (NOT per dollar) so if you would like to make a donation offline please contact Samantha Smith or any of the team members/organizers. All funds raised will go through Samantha Smith and be delivered directly to David’s Mom, Honor.

In the case of an offline donation the amount will be added as an offline donation to this page and will be included in the total funds raised amount on this page (no fees will be taken from any offline donation).
