David’s friends and family are raising money to help cover the costs of his wake and memorial service, taking place at Dockray & Thomas Funeral home in Canton, MA on Friday 9/7 from 5:00 - 7:00 pm.

David was pronounced legally at about 9 AM on Monday September 3rd, 2018 after spending 5 days in the ICU on life support.

GoFundMe receives a 2.9% processing fee plus 0.30 ¢ per donation (NOT per dollar) so if you would like to make a donation offline please contact Samantha Smith or any of the team members/organizers. All funds raised will go through Samantha Smith and be delivered directly to David’s Mom, Honor.
