Remembering David Humphreys (AKA Framer Dave

David Humphreys was born on November 19, 1962, and passed away on July 8, 2025. Throughout his 62 years, David lived a life full of adventures, many sayings, and a belief that he could teach common sense.

For 25 years, he shared a marriage with Cecelia Humphreys, and together they raised five children: David Jr., Benjamin, Andrew, Samantha, and Christopher. His family was his pride and joy, and he took pride in watching them grow and thrive.

David spent most of his career sharing his remarkable gift for transforming spaces and building things with his hands, always pouring care and craftsmanship into every project--Thus creating Framer Dave! Outside of work, he found joy in restoring vehicles with his boys (a hobby that reflected his patience and creativity and passion that was passed to him from his father, William), watching all of children thrive in their respective passions, and watching all types of motorsports.

Those who knew David remember him as a warm, open, and cheerful person. His easygoing nature made people feel instantly at ease and David’s company was cherished by all.

His family and friends will miss him dearly but take comfort in the many memories of good times spent together.

To celebrate his life, the family is raising funds to scatter his ashes in a beautiful place that embodies the life David so deserved.
