My name is Lydia Ilijevski and I am raising money to help my brother and his family while he is recovering from his brain injury!

On Sunday July 6th David underwent surgery due to a intracerebral brain bleed.

which left him in a medically induced coma fighting for his life these past few weeks.

His wife Demi has been at the hospital 3 times a day checking in on him and making sure to make each and every Dr’s rounds with the Intensivest team!

David is doing better every day and we are all so proud of him and the fight he has in him! He has been moved this week from the Surgical ICU unit to the neurological recovery unit.

we owe all our thanks to everyone who has sent prayers his way and we are all so blessed that our prayers have been heard!

The reason for this go fund me is to help Demi with the bills at the house such as mortgage and utilities!

she applied for David’s benefits through his work and also her work for compassion leave but unfortunately those haven’t kicked in yet!

Im not sure how long the waiting period is but Im sure it is stressful and something they shouldn’t have to worry about at a time like this.
