My friends, my name is Joyce Hill. I am writing on behalf of my son David Graves who has recently been diagnosed with heart faillure and must have a heart transplant right away. Because of this condition, he has been out of work for almost nine months, creating a financial hardship for his lovely wife and daughter. David is a special person, one who is loved by all who know him. He is a gentle spirit , a great father to his daughter Hannah and a loving husband to his wife Heather. Most of all, he is Christian young man who loves the Lord and his church home at Life Center in Tacoma. He has always supported his family and only now finds that he is unable to do so. Should all go well with finding a heart donor and the subsequent surgery, he is still looking at over a year without income. His family needs to cover only the basics for their living expenses during the next few months until such time as he is able to get help through the State. However, David will have to remain in the hospital until a matching heart is found. For those few precious months, we are asking for your assistance so that the family can concentrate on loving and providing emotional support for David while he waits for the right heart.
