David Gonzales’ family

The friends of David Gonzales and his family have come to ask our community to giveback to the family of an amazing man, father, husband, teacher, coach, mentor, and friend that gave so much to our youth and this community. David suddenly passed on June 26th, leaving behind his wife, Jeri, and their two daughters, Addie & Jacquelyn.
David was incredible inspiration and example to the people of this community. David has taught for many years, most recently as the 5th grade teacher at Fairview/Lebhart, he was also a coach and a mentor to countless students in the Southside Triad.
David’s wife, Jeri, is also a devoted teacher that has selflessly served the youth of this community for years. Please consider giving what you can to help Jeri with funeral expenses, bills, tuition for their daughters, and an opportunity to grieve the loss of her husband and the girl’s loss of their father without having to stress over finances. Whether this family is near and dear to your heart, David has taught or coached your child, or you just want to give back to people who have given so much to our community and youth, it is appreciated beyond words. If you are not able to donate financially, your love, support, and prayers are also greatly needed.
