David Goggins 4x4x48 Challenge 2024 by Danny&Deco

How's things folks, so it's that time of year again when myself and Deco take on the 4x4x48 Challenge, for anyone who is unsure of what it entails, Myself and Deco will run 4mile every 4hours for 48hours starting on the 1st of MARCH , I've done this before and yet every time it seems just as hard! 

My reasons for continuing to do this annually is to try raise as much funds as possible for Coolmine & D15 Suicide awareness. Both of these charities are something that is need so much in the community. Addiction and suicide impact lives and destroys families all over. Let's try raise some money to prevent this.
