Hi my name is Hugo Garcia. My brother David Garcia recently passed away due to another’s person selfish actions. David touched so many peoples hearts and we are left in shock on how something like this can happen to someone so young. My family is asking anybody and anyone to donate what you can if you can to cover the cost of the effects of this situation. Please help alleviate some of the stress that’s on our shoulders.
