UPDATE JANUARY 27, 2025

With David and Gail’s basic home insurance their coverage for the dwelling/contents is astronomically lower than we expected… Not near enough to be able to begin to replace their historic home.

The Wilson family is grateful for every dollar received to date - however we want to acknowledge that in due time we will need to pull together and find any avenue in regard to clean up, septic etc., to be as cost effective as possible

I'm writing on behave of Gail, David and Trish Wilson. On the morning of Jan 25th their beloved home was lost in a horrific fire. They made it out safely with only the clothes on their backs.

Their home was not just a home it was the heart of Belmont, 120 years old. It was a place to visit for a hug, a smile, a meal or just a chat. A lifetime of love taken from them.

David, Gail and Trish are the salt of the earth. They would do anything for anyone and now it's our turn to help them.
