This year, once again, David’s family and friends are organising an event in his memory to raise funds for charity. As we approach what would have been David’s 50th birthday, our aim is to support the Cystic Fibrosis Trust, while also honouring the memory of our dear friend, Jamesie Gallagher, by raising funds for Road Victims Support Northern Ireland – Donegal.
In remembrance of Jamesie, his mother Mary and brother Marty will be walking the final 100km of the Portuguese Camino to Santiago this September. This journey is both a tribute to Jamesie and an opportunity to raise funds for a charity that provided invaluable support to the family following his tragic passing.
In addition, we are planning to gather a group of David’s and Jamesie’s friends to climb Mount Errigal on the morning of 20th September. We warmly welcome anyone who would like to join us on this special occasion.
