I am Aja, Heather's sister, and am writing on behalf of her. I live in Ontario. Heather, David and their family live in Alberta.

Heather and David, as parents, have been given the news that no parent wants to hear, David Jr, their son, has been diagnosed with Lymphoma cancer and will start his treatment immediately.

The Doctors will be starting many more tests this coming week to find out the stage the cancer is in and what will be the best course of action.

Heather and David not only have David Jr. to support but also their three other children, twin brother Mark, older sisters Amy and Diana. During this time they will be needing help to support all areas of their lives as they battle this. 

Due to the Covid pandemic, Heather has not been working and David is the sole provider for the household. These funds will help to alleviate new challenges going forward with David Jr treatment and the many needs of the family during these difficult times.
