David & Donna Strong

Hello, my name is Missy Wilson and I am hoping to raise money to help David and Donna Leonard with hospital bills and household finances during a very difficult and serious medical situation.

David was diagnosed in June with Hodgkin’s Lymphoma and was hospitalized for a few weeks. The plan of action was to begin Chemotherapy twice a week for 6 months. David hasn’t been able to begin chemo because he has been having problems with his kidney function. On July 24 he was admitted to the Intensive Care Unit because his kidneys were not functioning. The medical team was not optimistic about his prognosis, however David is determined to keep enjoying life and his family and is getting through the daily dialysis to get him strong enough to undergo chemotherapy. Donna has not left his side for 5 weeks and has been out of work as well. The mortgage, electricity, insurance, medical co-pays, deductibles, etc must be paid. I want to alleviate some of this worry so Donna can focus on David and David can focus on getting well.
