As many of you have heard, Dave’s life was suddenly cut short on Sunday December 3rd. Dave is survived by his loving wife, Connie and his two precious children, Mackenzie & Hunter, to deal with this unimaginable loss. Please continue to rally around Dave’s family as they try to navigate life without him.

I am asking for help on behalf of the Crook family. Any assistance provided will help bridge the gap between this challenging present and the hope for a more stable future. The family remains forever grateful for the compassion and generosity extended to their family during this difficult period.
